Terms & Conditions for 1wine

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 1wine platform, including visitors who browse the site without a registered account and registered members who deposit funds and participate in gaming activities. By accessing any part of the 1wine website at https://1wine.app, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms without reservation.

1wine reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification at next login. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the user and 1wine. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

1wine is an English-language platform operated for the Bangladeshi online gaming market. All customer communications, bonus terms, support responses, and legal documents are published in English. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they understand the content of these terms before registering an account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 1wine platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of their account:

• You are aged 18 years or older. 1wine is an 18+ platform and participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a nominee or agent of a third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 1wine or any other gaming platform that covers online casino and sports betting activities.
• You have not previously had a 1wine account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity of this nature is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

1wine takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including before processing a withdrawal, before activating a bonus, or at any routine compliance check. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the 1wine platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1wine platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. 3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information — including using another person's identity — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure without refund of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 1wine will never ask you to share your password with any member of our staff or support team. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. 1wine cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's failure to keep login credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to operating a safe and compliant platform, 1wine may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may require the submission of a government-issued photo ID, a proof of address document, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Verification is typically required before a user's first withdrawal is processed and may be triggered again by significant changes in account activity. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal holds until the process is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1wine supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 1wine account instantly in most cases. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider's processing times. The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 1wine, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. 1wine does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 1wine accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 1wine reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high volume may take longer than the typical timeframes stated above.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

1wine operates in compliance with its anti-money laundering (AML) policy. We reserve the right to freeze, hold, or refuse any transaction that we have reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct. In such cases, relevant records may be passed to appropriate authorities. Users are prohibited from using the 1wine platform as a vehicle for transferring funds between payment accounts. Any account identified as being used for this purpose will be permanently closed and the balance held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1wine offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published alongside the promotion itself. The following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who are aged 18 or older and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum cashout limit specified in the promotion terms will be removed prior to withdrawal processing.
• 1wine reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered at the time of cancellation will be honoured to the end of the stated expiry period.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potential permanent closure of the account.
• Deposit bonuses will only be credited once the qualifying deposit has been confirmed and cleared by the payment provider.

Seasonal and event-based promotions — such as those tied to BPL cricket fixtures, IPL, the ICC T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh — will be subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. 1wine makes no guarantee of the continuation of any specific promotional offer beyond its stated end date.

6. User Obligations

By registering and using a 1wine account, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• Lawful use only: You must use the 1wine platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• No fraudulent activity: You must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, misrepresentation of identity, or the use of stolen payment instruments.
• No automated tools: You must not use bots, scripts, automated software, or any other tools designed to interact with the platform on your behalf without explicit written authorisation from 1wine.
• No collusion: You must not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the platform.
• Respectful conduct: Where the platform includes any interactive or social features, you must communicate respectfully. Abusive, offensive, or threatening language directed at staff or other users will result in immediate account suspension.
• Notification of account issues: You must promptly notify 1wine support if you discover any error, discrepancy, or technical fault affecting your account balance, transaction history, or game outcomes. Exploiting known errors rather than reporting them is a breach of these terms.
• Personal use only: Your 1wine account is strictly for your own personal use. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, and you may not transfer your account or any associated balance to another person.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

1wine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account compromise.
• Operation of multiple simultaneous accounts.
• Evidence of underage gambling.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a 1wine transaction.
• Abusive behaviour directed at platform staff or other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance within the account will be frozen for the duration of the review. If the investigation concludes in the user's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the user's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to a review by the 1wine compliance team.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, deposits will be rejected, and marketing communications will be suspended. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1wine shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, whether in sports betting, casino, slots, or any other product available on the platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures, or errors in game software that result in incomplete or voided sessions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by the user's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses howsoever arising from the user's interaction with the platform.

In all cases where 1wine is found liable, our total liability to any individual user shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1wine makes no representation that the platform will be available without interruption or error. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, technical updates, or other operational reasons. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
